Highways CAD Technician; 6 Months+ Contract; Stockport; Rate c£22-£32/hr Ltd

The Role:
Our client is seeking to appoint experienced Highways CAD Technicians to work on a number of projects, assisting with and producing outline and detailed Highways CAD drawings for private housing developments projects and new public sector highways projects. 

Duties to include: 
The development of CAD drawings and standards for projects within Highways, Civil Engineering Projects including Drainage, using AUTOCAD.  

The Candidate:
You will be a CAD Technician ideally qualified to ONC/HNC level in a relevant subject and have experience and understanding of the Highways ideally either gained in the private or public sectors.
You will have some previous experience working as a CAD Technician on Highways related projects. 
You will possess excellent IT skills together with knowledge and experience in the operation and use of CAD software applications relevant to Highway design. 
Experience of contract management and site experience desirable
