6-month+ Contract for a Highways Clerk of Works to oversee local authority Highways Maintenance Schemes. Based in Stockport. Rate £Negotiable.              
KEY SKILLS; Highways Maintenance, Asset management, Bill of Quantities, Clerk of Works, Supervisor.


The Role:
Working with a range of stakeholders, you will play a key role in the development of the Highway Asset Management Plan. 
You will have a detailed knowledge of Highway Asset Management, checking contractor work and provide performance reports 
Additionally, you will manage the provision of Network Surveys and their subsequent use in Whole Life Cycle Planning. A sound knowledge of CDM regulations, Drainage and Highways construction and maintenance techniques are desirable.

The Candidate:
You will have previous experience of Highway Project Supervision and advising on Highway Asset schemes, ideally with a local authority.
