3 month contract for a Highways Inspector to log and report defects relating to highways assets across the Stockport area.

The Role:
On site assessment of highway condition (both footways and carriageways), recording assessment information, recommending suitable treatments, liaison with alliance partner/traffic services/permit team emergency services/bus service provider.
Issue of section 58 notices to utility companies/liaison with utility contractors, preparation of pre-construction H&S plan (CDM).
Recording of site specific issues and area measures.

The Candidate:
NRSWA Highways Maintenance or Utility experience.
