3 -month Contract for a Highways Maintenance Engineer to manage 3rd party works and inspections on East Sussex Highway network – Based in East Sussex - Rate c£40/hour

The Role: 
To manage all third party works and safety inspections on the highway network are completed in accordance with the current legislation. Ensure a proactive and cost effective approach to the management of the East Sussex highway network
Ensure that all utility companies are working in a safe methodology and to the required specification and codes of practice
Manage the network management team 

The Candidate: 
Experience which you can clearly demonstrate in a Highway inspection/operational manager environment. 
Knowledge of Highway standards and documentation.
Proven management experience within the highways local authority industry with a good understanding of all highway related matters.
