3 month contract opportunity for a Highways Clerk of Works/Supervisor to be based in Worcester on a local authority Highway scheme
KEY Skills; CoW, Clerk of Works, Supervisor, Highways

The Role:
Provide site supervision including record keeping e.g. photos, site diary to maintain WCCs client presence on site 
Liaise with Main Contractor and the WCC PM as work progresses to solve problems 
Raise H&S or environmental queries with the Contractor and escalate to the PM if necessary 
Monitor quality on site, raise issues with the Contractor and escalate to the PM if necessary. 
Assist with reviewing contractor valuations 
Attend regular project progress meetings when necessary 
Draft site instructions for discussion and checking 
As the scheme progresses on site there may be liaison needed with other parties e.g. BT, WCC street lighting. 

The Candidate:
Previous experience of supervising contractors on live highway projects
NRSWA, DMRB and CSCS
