Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side Babcock to recruit a HR Business Partner to work on a 6 month contract WFH/Bristol.
As a HR Business Partner your duties and responsibilities will include:

Babcock Mission Systems is transforming and we need you to support our key leaders in forging new paths, and leading their teams through exciting, but sometimes challenging change. As part of the HR team, you’ll partner our Capability Directors, and report in to the HR Director.
An ideal Senior HR Business Partner will:
Work alongside the HR Director to Own and Deliver the people agenda, create innovative new ways to
champion employee engagement initiatives, and act as an advocate for your business area.
Building strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders, including trade union and employee
representatives and colleagues across the sector, to deliver our strategic objectives.
Coaching managers to improve their impact as leaders to enhance our employee experience.
Developing the HR Business Partners for the business area and supporting the wider HR Team.
Create HR value with insight for Line Management through data and trends.
Encouraging diversity of thought and promoting an inclusive working environment.

Required Experience /Qualification /Attributes:
Who we’re looking for You’re someone who thinks outcomes and solves complex problems with simple and elegant solutions. You continuously champion high performance, courageously challenge the status you, be curious to different perspectives and collaborate within our business and the wider Group.
Experience
Proven Senior HR Business Partner, with significant generalist experience including resourcing/talent
acquisition, reward, talent development, change management, and employee relations.
Demonstrates commercial awareness with a good understanding of the business environment including
customers, competitors, etc.
Experience of working in a unionised environment with proven success in managing and developing union relations.
Experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Experience of project management and prioritising deliverables to independently manage concurrent and multiple business change projects and day to day operations simultaneously.
Experience with a HR Shared Services model and HR Information Systems (i.e. Success Factors).
Skills and attributes
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to relate to, influence and coach Directors and Senior Leaders across the organisation.
A self-starter, who is performance and delivery driven - with a desire to make significant contribution/impact.
Is able to work independently, and as an active, collaborative team member.
A critical thinker - who can understand complex issues (balancing the detail and the big picture), using
insight/data (evidence) and their judgement to make good decisions and have a positive impact.
An inclusive leader who has a passion for creating a great people experience and enabling a diverse and
high performing culture. Someone who will delegate and hold people accountable appropriately, as well as to support, guide and coach.
