HV Electrical Engineer - £40/£45per hour - 6 months - Contract - Faslane

The Role:
Our client, ATKBAB, is looking to recruit a HV Electrical Engineer to work initially on a 6 month contract, based at Faslane Scotland.
Due to the nature or the work you MUST have current SECURITY CLEARANCE - SC or DV.

Your duties may include:
Input to the production and maintenance of Safety Case Documentation for Nuclear Safety Implicated High Voltage (HV) assets at HMNB Clyde.
To provide Nuclear Safety Implicated High Voltage electrical engineering design support to Facility / Utility Operators and Facility Design Managers.
To process Nuclear Safety Implicated High Voltage electrical engineering design requirements to meet customer’s operational requirements and priorities.
To liaise with other Design Authorities on Nuclear Safety Implicated High Voltage electrical engineering matters as required.
To attend Nuclear Safety related committees or groups as the Design Department representative as required.
To manage the design intent of Nuclear Safety Implicated Low Voltage electrical shore supplies to hull insertion points as transformed from the High Voltage distribution system.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer.
You should have 5-10+years experience on MOD/Defence/Maritime projects.
You will be qualified to HND / Degree or Chartered level.
You MUST have CURRENT SECURITY CLEARAANCE!
