The Role:
Working with the IT Manager supporting an expanding business in Stockport with approx. 150 users, the role would suit someone who has already got some experience of Desktop / 1st Line Support in a business environment and can hit the ground running.

You will be given on-the-job training, exposure to a vast array of technologies and the chance to have a real impact within the company. 

The Candidate:
You should have a professional approach, a flair for customer service and be looking to develop your technical support skills.
You will be a confident communicator (written and verbally) and eager to learn in a fast paced friendly environment.


The role will require some travel so you must hold a full UK driving licence, and preferably have use of own car 

Essential Skills:-
PC / Desktop Support in business networked environment
Hardware support
MS Windows 7 and 8.1
MS Office
Troubleshooting / fixing computers
IT related GCSE and / or A level

Desirable Skills:-
Active Directory - only basic knowledge required
MS Exchange - only basic knowledge required
Setting up new network user accounts
