Land Agent/Surveyor: Contract, Nr. Farnborough, Duration: at least 6-months, Rate: £300/day UMBRELLA (IR35)

The Role:
You will be working as a Land Agent (Rural Practice Estate Surveyor) with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) based at Longmoor Camp, near Farnborough, assisting in the management of the Rural Estate (and the Built Estate in some instances).

Duties will involve:
Primary responsibilities include rent reviews, minor disposals, undertaking schedule of condition and advising on tenants repairing liabilities.
Additionally; completing low value contracted out leases, new FBTs, easements/wayleaves, telecommunication mast negotiations and other commercial opportunities as and when identified.

The Candidate:
Full membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or relevant land management degree, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
