The Role:
Our client BNS are looking to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer to work on a contract basis in Devonport Plymouth for a minimum period of 6 months.
Your duties will include:
To lead and manage one or more technical design packages. 
To manage technical teams producing the designs. 
Plan for effective project implementation, identifying key factors and leading the project’s technical planning process. 
Ensure that staff and contractors are familiar with the hazards and risks associated with the work undertaken by the delegated engineering team through effective management and communication of the Risk Assessment.
To design of high and low voltage electrical distribution systems 
Design of control & instrumentation systems 
Design of communications and data systems 
Design of Electrical Building Services 
Substantiation of SIL and high integrity systems for justification of Nuclear Safety functions. 

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer.
You should have minimum of 5-10 years experience.
You will have excellent communications skills both written and oral.
Ideally you will be Chartered Engineer or Degree qualified.
