The Role:
M&E Surveyors required to carry out surveys at Leeds St James's Hospital - building services covering:
Provision of Data: All data captured is to be collated into a format suitable for importing into clients

The Candidate:
Experienced building services surveyor from the Mechanical Electrical / Building Services sector
Enthusiastic experienced engineer with excellent knowledge of M&E workings and  the capability to condition rate assets within agreed guidelines.
Good IT skills are essential
Excellent skills in record keeping and ideally have DBS clearance (Old CRB).
