M&E Quantity Surveyor - £375/day - Birmingham - 3month Contract initially

The Role:
Our client BBUK are looking to recruit a M&E QS to work on a contract basis based in Birmingham for an initial period of 3 months.
M&E QS
As the M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for closing down existing projects.  New roles will be preparing and producing procurement and tender documentation, including estimates, bill of quantities and schedules of work, as well as preparing and managing cost forecasts and cost plans for projects. You will be required to undertake feasibility exercises. You will have to attend regular meetings with the client to discuss all contractual and costing issues in order to agree on the final accounts.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced M&E QS with at least 5+ years exp.
You should be an experienced and qualified M&E Quantity Surveyor, with previous experience working on commercial projects up to the value of £2 Million. 
You should have excellent management, communication and negotiation skills, with excellent knowledge of current construction contracts, as well as strong knowledge of the construction and building services industries.
