M&E Site Engineer - MOD - Building Services; Facility Maintenance; 7 month contract; £300/day - UK Wide  
Key Skills: M&E Site Engineer,  Building Services, supervision, management and procurement of facility repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects. MOD SECURITY CLEARANCE - ESSENTIAL.

The Role: 
M&E Site Engineer / Building Services supervisors to: supervise, manage and procure facility repairs, planned maintenance, refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects. 
In addition duties will include: evaluating Customer requests, writing Statement Of Requirements for contract action using MOD core contracts. 
Entering details of works in computer databases. 
Track, monitor and update work status with Contractors to ensure customer expectations and agreed completion dates are being met; Responsibility for providing support in delivering the environmental, health & safety, estate statutory compliance and assurance portfolio. 
Standard Construction industry H&S hazards are applicable

The Candidate: 
You will be an experienced Facilities/M&E Services Supervisor/M&E Site Engineer .
Current SC level Essential.
