M&E Surveyor - South/South West - £NEG GOOD - STAFF/PERM ROLE

The Role:
Our client NDCSW is looking to recruit a number of M&E Surveyors to work from home on a permanent/staff basis in the South / South West region.
Your duties may include:
Professional technical service encompassing compliance related surveys, feasibility studies, designing, specification, project management & commissioning, and final account to meet all requirements of a client’s brief to time, cost and quality standards.
Undertake site surveys.
Develop and present project design proposals.
Prepare ready for tender, specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules and contract documentation. 
Undertake all aspects of project management.
Additional requirements;
NEBOSH general certificate.
Knowledge of ACoP L8 
The ability to operate within ISO 9001 & 14001 processes.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Surveyor within the Building Services Industry Sector.
You will be qualified to at least BTEC standard.
You NEED to have good communication skills both written and oral.
Excellent people skills.
MUST be proficient with IT technology computers/tablets etc including Microsoft packages.
