The Role:
M&E Building Services Surveyor required to carry out surveys for Crossrail Stations building services covering: 
Provision of Data: All data captured is to be collated into a format suitable for importing into clients 

The Candidate:
Experienced Building Services surveyor from the Mechanical Electrical / Building Services sector
Enthusiastic experienced engineer who has excellent knowledge of M&E working on Crossrail Station (Not yet operational) and with the capability to condition rate assets within agreed guidelines.
Strong knowledge of RAIL industry - advantageous
Good IT skills are essential
Excellent skills in record keeping and current CSCS card is ESSENTIAL.
