The Role:
Our client is an award winning BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN CONSULTANCY, based in London they are looking to recruit on a LONG term contract basis a Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer. 
Your duties may include;
To undertake building services design, production, specifications and schedules and provide external reports and advice to clients.
Carry out key responsibilities of a building services design Engineer such as; client briefs, assist in project estimations, site supervision, manage small teams (Mechanical and Electrical), and assist in financial control of projects.

The Candidate:
Experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with consultancy experience - ESSENTIAL
You will have at least 5-10 years experience.
Experience with Revit and other design software ie. Hevacomp, IES etc. Advantageous
Experience working on general buildings ie. commercial, industrial, schools, university, education, residential, hospitals, office refurbishments, health etc. 
You must have a HND/ HNC or Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
