The Role:
Our client is an award winning multi disciplined Building Services Consultancy.
Due to an increase in work load an exciting position is now available.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work on contract.
The duration is apx 3/6months.
The successful engineer will be working in Manchester.
The Mechanical Building Services Engineer should have experience in the following:
Art & leisure, scientific, data centre, residential, urban developments, commercial and education etc...

Your duties may include:
Conducting detailed site surveys.
Good knowledge standards.
Detailed design.
Mechanical services.
Be able to chair client / stakeholder meetings.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer.
5-10years+ experience.
You will have excellent IT and communication skills both written & oral.
You will hold HNC / HND, but BEng is ideal.
You will have worked for a Design Consultancy or Design & Build Contractor.
