The Role:
Mechanical Building Services Engineer to support on a number of new projects. The client is an established engineering consultancy specialising in the design and project management of varied projects within the; Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Retail, Industrial and education sectors
Duties will include undertaking building services design including the production of specifications, schedules, project estimates and site surveys and supervision as required.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer with consultancy experience gained on general buildings i.e. Commercial, Industrial, Education or Residential.
You will be qualified to Degree/HND level.
CIBSE is desirable.
