The Role:
Mechanical Building Services Engineer; to join a team engaged on a varied range of projects types including; Commercial, Hospitals and Education. The client has been successful in being awarded a number of new commissions.     
Duties: 
Design of building services including the production of specifications and schedules, the preparation of reports and provision of advice to clients.
Carry out key responsibilities of a building services design Engineer such as; client briefs, assist in project estimations, site supervision, manage small teams (Mechanical and Electrical), and assist in financial control of projects.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer qualified to HNC/Degree level and ideally a member of CIBSE. 
You will have broad experience gained working on projects in a number of sectors i.e. commercial, industrial, education, residential, health etc. 
Software experience will ideally include: Hevacomp, IES and AutoCAD. Experience of REVIT would be beneficial.
