Mechanical CAD Designer - Risley Warrington - Rate £28/hr - Contract 12 months

Overview / Role / Duties:

Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working alongside Cavendish Nuclear in order to recruit a Mechanical CAD Designer / Engineer. This is a contract position in Risley Warrington initially for 12months. 

As a Mechanical CAD Designer you will be working on the SCP Project.
Your responsibilities will include: 
Undertake the design of Valve Cabinets on SCP.
Have working knowledge and experience in applying relevant EH&S issues as required by legislation (and applicable Directives).
Has taken part in Designers Risk Assessments / Design Reviews and ideally in HAZOP studies.
Understands the requirements of CE marking.
Preferably, AutoCAD proficient in both Model Space and Paper Space.
Will be and Inventor user.
Good working knowledge of commonly used materials and associated standards.

Candidate:
You will be a Mechanical Designer / Engineer
You will need AutoCAD / Inventor CAD experience.
You will be qualified to at least HNC level.
Ideally have Nuclear, Fabrication, Specifying, Valve Box Design experience.
