Mechanical CAD Designer / Engineer - Manchester - £32/hr - Contract - 6 months

The Role:
Our client BB Utilities is looking to recruit 2 x Mechanical CAD Designers / Engineers to work on a contract basis initially for 6 months based at Worsley, Manchester.
Your duties will include:
To support the business development, concept design, tendering, detailed design, technical standards, planning, project delivery and performance evaluation of the water / gas sectors.
The production of P&ID's, mass balance diagrams, process flow diagrams, hydraulic profiles, line lists, piping specs, single line diagrams, general arrangements, piping layouts, piping isometrics, steelwork details, civil details, site plot layouts, construction sequence animations.
The DE will have knowledge of the principles and practices of 2D, 3D and 4D CAD.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical CAD Designer / Engineer with at least 5 years' experience.
You will be qualified to HNC / HND level or degree.
You will have mechanical CAD or piping CAD design experience ideally coming from a utilities background.
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
