The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a Mechanical Designer who will be responsible for the re-modelling drawings connected to the UK / Canadian submarine weapon handling and discharge equipment.
Your duties will include:　
Using Teamcentre/NX and AutoCAD.
Up-issue drawings to latest MOD standards.
Produce change records in accordance with the company process.
Maintain configuration control of drawings.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Designer qualified to HNC / HND / degree level with 5-10 years experience.
You will be proficient at 3D CAD - NX7 (other 3D systems will be considered).
You may have knowledge / direct experience with UK / Canadian submarine weapon handling and discharge equipment.
 MoD drawing practice and configuration control would be advantageous.
