The Role:
Our client is a M&E Design Consultancy based in South Manchester, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineer Building Services to work on a staff basis.
Your duties may include:
HVAC, utilities consultancy, sprinkler systems, plant room installation and thermal modelling, Heat Loss Calculations, Full design layout & schematics, Condition surveys, Plant, pipe and emitter sizing, Sprinkler Design, Project management, Conceptual designs for spatial provision.
Projects they are involved with include; Commercial, Industrial, Education, Leisure, Residential, Mixed Use, Utility Providers etc.

The Candidate:
You will be an Intermediate / Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer.
You should have several years experience ideally from a consultancy.
Ideally you will be HNC qualified.
