M & E Asset Surveyor; 6 month plus Contract; c£30.0/hour; Oxfordshire

The Role: 
M & E Asset Surveyor  required to carry out physical asset surveys in an Industrial Environment. 
Role will include the surveying and verification of assets on drawings. 
Typical assets include: Mechanical equipment, Hydraulic equipment, Heating, ventilation and Gas handling assets, steam boilers and pressurized hot-water boilers.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced M & E Asset Surveyor with hands on experience/ exposure in surveying a wide range of assets and have the ability to verify assets using drawings. 

Typical assets include: Mechanical, Hydraulic equipment, Cryogenic systems, heating, ventilation, gas handling asset, pressure vessels, steam boilers, pipework, ventilation etc.
You will be able to collect, collate and manage asset survey data using Microsoft Excel
You will have some experience in developing RAMS statements, conducting Job risk assessment and reporting of anomalies. 

You will have experience in performing operations route inspections in Industrial sites and confined spaces and identifying Industrial Hazards. 
You will ideally have a health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Able to collect, collate and manage asset survey data using Microsoft Excel.
