Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side Magnox in order to recruit a Mechanical Project Engineer to work on a 12month contract based at Bridgewater TA5.
As a Mechanical Project Engineer your duties and responsibilities may include:
Nuclear engineers research nuclear energy and radiation processes to develop systems and equipment (e.g. medical devices). Nuclear engineers develop nuclear technology and applications of radiation. They research ways of utilizing nuclear power and design new systems and products (e.g. radiation cores). They also monitor operations in power plants and follow safety standards. To provide fit for purpose engineering solutions for complex projects. To ensure that design authority standards and configuration control are applied appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of delivering projects in highly regulated industries. (Essential)
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept, through development and into implementation. (Essential)
• Experience of building project teams.
• Excellent standards of safety. (Essential)
• Good working knowledge of NEC3 contract management, APM or equivalent qualification.

You will be an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer.
Must have Nuclear experience.
HNC / HND.
