Mechanical Surveyor - Permanent Role - Scotland - £30-£35000 + Benefits

The Role:
Our client NDCSW is looking to recruit a number of Mechanical Surveyors to work from home on a permanent/staff basis in Scotland region.

Your duties as a Mechanical Surveyor may include:
Professional technical service encompassing compliance related surveys, feasibility studies, designing, specification, project management & commissioning, and final account to meet all requirements of a client’s brief to time, cost and quality standards.
Undertake site surveys
Develop and present project design proposals
Prepare, ready for tender, specifications, designs, drawings,  equipment schedules and contract documentation.
Undertake all aspects of project management

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Surveyor within the Building Services Industry Sector.
You will be qualified to at least BTEC standard.
You will hold NEBOSH General Certificate
You will have working Knowledge of ACoP L8 and possess the ability to operate within ISO 9001 & 14001 processes
You MUST have good communication skills; both written and oral and with excellent people skills.
MUST be proficient with IT technology Computers/Tablets etc including Microsoft packages
