The Role:
Several exciting opportunities have arisen to work for an award winning design consultancy.
Our client is looking to recruit a number of Mechanical Surveyors to work from home covering the South East regions.

Your duties may include:
Professional technical service encompassing compliance related surveys, feasibility studies, designing, specification, project management & commissioning, and final account to meet all requirements of a client’s brief to time, cost and quality standards.
Undertake site surveys.
Develop and present project design proposals.
Prepare, ready for tender, specifications, designs, drawings,  equipment schedules and contract documentation.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Mechanical Surveyor / Compliance Engineer within the Building Services Industry Sector.
Ideally you will have working Knowledge of ACoP L8 and possess the ability to operate within ISO 9001 & 14001 processes.
You MUST have good communication skills; both written and oral and with excellent people skills.
MUST be proficient with IT technology Computers/Tablets etc including Microsoft packages.
