12-month Contract for a Rail Mobilisation Engineer managing Rail mobilisation activities for London’s Engineering team operating Crossrail; Based in London; Rate £Neg

The Role: 
Work with the IM Engineers and Standards Manager to put in place strategies, plans and processes for the proactive management of standards for the Central Operating Section of the Elizabeth Line.
Manage the delivery, and where necessary, develop processes and procedures aligned with the management and operation of an effective asset management regime
Develop and produce routine and ad-hoc progress and performance reports / dashboards including safety, schedule, quality and related data
Identify solutions to problems arising from large volumes of information and be able to derive good intelligence for the IM Engineering Team

The Candidate: 
Experience in Railway Engineering Project Management and Mobilisation in the followin areas:-
Technical Writing
Delivery of completed Rail construction projects over to the owner / operator
Programme Controls
