The Role:
Our Client MOD at Abbey Wood are looking to recruit a Naval Architect with submarine experience.
The post requires a professional Naval Architect with submarine experience to apply specialist knowledge, as the intelligent customer, in the area of submarine hydromechanics.
The focus will be on reviewing and assessing submarine hydromechanic safety submissions, managing technical development tasks with industry (in particular QinetiQ, BMT and FNC), considering concessions and engaging with international partners on cooperative programmes.

The Candidate:
You will be a Degree qualified / Chartered Engineer
You will have at least 10 years experience as a Naval Architect
Due to the nature of the work, you must be a British national and hold or be able to get SC Clearance
