NEC3 Site Supervisor;  at least 6-months Contract; Lancashire; Rate £36/hr Ltd / Neg

The Role:
NEC3 Project Supervisor will:
 
Ensure that the works are carried out in line with the quality defined by the Works Information. 
Regular presence on site, providing independent scrutiny of the works, ensuring the correct materials are used and to the correct standards
Management of defects, witnessing of tests and regular site inspections. 
Equipped to produce both weekly and monthly reports
 
Reports to a Project Manager, delegated powers from the PM to manage a variety of works from regeneration works to public realm enhancements I.e. carriageway resurfacing using specialist materials, junction improvements/enhancements.
 
Essential 
NEC3 contract management experience 
Management of similar projects

The Candidate:
You will be a Highways Supervisor with experience of supervising and overseeing contractors work on highways projects.  
You will ideally have a working knowledge of the NEC3 form of contract.
Experience of working client side supervising the contract is essential.
Good IT skills essential.
