The Role:
Balfour Beatty require a temporary office manager to cover maternity leave in the team working on the West Sussex Term Maintenance Contract (Highways). This role is initially expected to run to 31st March 2019, but may be extended another 12 months to March 2020.

Duties will involve:
The successful Office Manager will be required to successfully manage the following business functions; inputting payroll, processing on/off equipment hires, receiving & clearing supplier invoices, waste transfer notes, timesheets and most importantly effective management of the staff teams.

The Candidate: 
Will have;
5 GCSEs – including Maths and English
Demonstrable experience of delivering improvement projects successfully
Managed small teams efficiently and effectively, demonstrating this clearly
Ideally hold a project management qualification such as PRINCE2/APM in concert with LEAN (Green belt).
Further, experience of using Oracle would be an advantage.
