PMO Lead

PMO Lead: 6 month plus contract, Warwick c£450.0/day

The Role:
PMO Lead to work with the Mobilisation Director and Project Lead to ensure delivery to quality, time and cost
You will be an active and focused member of the Core Project Team (consisting of Mobilisation Director, Project Lead, PMO Lead, Commercial Lead, Workforce Lead, Communications Lead and Finance Lead) responsible for ensuring project success
Your duties will include: setting up and/or operating a PMO function for the Mobilisation project • To actively buddy with all workstream leads to support them in delivery of their Workstream • To lead on all PMO related activities including:
Planning – owning the Project Plan and supporting Workstream Plans, keeping them up to date
Risk capture and tracking
Issue identification and tracking/facilitation to resolution
Dependency capture and management
Reporting – preparation of status and all other governance and management reports required for the project
Organisation of all aspects of governance meetings including agendas, meeting notes, action logs, facilities etc for internal meetings and meeting packs/briefs for external for a o Information management – ensuring that all project information and knowledge is captured in to and accessible from a shared knowledge management service (‘The Cloud’ – Sharepoint based)

The Candidate:
You will have NHS commissioner related experience of major service transitions
Experience of CSU/CCG/NHS England contracting and customer interactions
PMO/Project/Programme leadership
