Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side FCDO in order to recruit a Portfolio Planner on a 6 month contract.
As a Portfolio Planner your duties/responsibilities will include:
Description:   Portfolio Planning 
Delivery, ongoing maintenance and handover to permanent member of staff of the overall FCDO Transformation portfolio plan (In MSP and Visual version). 
Matrix management delivery of a 1 Page plan for each Programme within the Transformation Portfolio. 
Dependency mapping and management and critical path analysis. 
Delivery, management and handover to permanent member of staff of the Integrated assurance plan. 
Workshopping and planning support when requested.
1-2-1 continuous stakeholder engagement with all planning stakeholders identified with the overall planning stakeholder engagement document.
Management, maintenance and handover to permanent member of staff of the overall planning stakeholder network and documentation.
Development, maintenance and handover to permanent member of staff of the milestone scope definition document. 


Benefits
Support to benefits planning and realisation • Reporting and governance support o Completion of PfMO dashboard by close of business every Thursday o Development, updating and handover to permanent member of staff of PfMO reporting battle rhythm. 
Input to the weekly PMO/CET briefing note (driven by PfMO dashboard) – 12:00 Monday.   


Portfolio Change Control (10%) 
Development, implementation, ongoing management and handover to permanent member of staff of the overall portfolio change control process.
Overall Programme Expertise Support to the Transformation Design Programme. 
General Support and PPM Expertise. 
Inputting and involvement in things such as IPA documentation, staff training, documentation reviews, ToRs development.
Meeting attendance and Admin. 
Overall focus on capability building and skills transfer within the PfMO team. 
Ensure all products and initiatives can be handed over to members of the team as identified by Matt and Sonal.
Ensure open opportunities are available to any members of the PfMO team to share knowledge and gain experience should they wish.

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Planner.
Previous work in Public Sector essential.
SC Cleared / Security Cleared.
