The Role:
Working for a leading Multi disciplined firm of Consultants based in Croydon - They require a Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer.  
To work on Commercial, Schools, Healthcare, Residential, University,  Hospital Projects etc, your duties will include:
Design of small power, lighting layouts, cable management, LV distribution and fire alarm systems.
Liaising with clients, architects and contractors on projects. 
Attendance of Design Team Meetings and Workshops. 
Liaise with senior members of staff in order to meet targets. 
Building Services Design from Conceptualisation through to Practical Completion. 

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer with 5-10years experience.
You should be at least HNC / HND / Degree qualified
Be experienced in completion of cable sizing, infrastructure development.
Commercial project experience to include knowledge of statutory utilities, knowledge of lighting design, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux & Relux.
A working knowledge of BIM (optional, but not necessary)
