The Role:
Our client is a major Building Services Consultancy they are looking to recruit a Principal Engineer (Mechanical / HVAC) to be based in Croydon.
Your duties will include:
Managing multiple projects in a clear concise, co-ordinated manner meeting project deadlines and financial restraints. 
Be the client’s main point of technical contact.
Working within a mechanical, discipline team providing design and technical advice.
Preparing a detailed design programme.
To provide information and agree input into a cost to complete schedule.
Monitor your time weekly against the agreed costs.
Attending meetings to represent technical disciplines.
Supervise the work of others in the consultancy.
Produce detailed and performance specification, room data sheets and equipment schedules.
Produce combined MEP Residual Risk Reports.
Attending sites and carry out appropriate site inspections / surveys and compile the relevant reports. 

The Candidate:
You will already be a Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer with vast experience working within a Building Services Consultancy.
You should have a Mechanical / HVAC / Public Health background.
Ideally Degree / Chartered / CIBSE.
You will have experience of leading multi disciplined design teams, interaction with clients & stakeholders.
You will be fully conversant with Microsoft being able to produce reports & presentations.
