Principal Highways Engineer / Team Leader required with hands on design experience – 12 months+ Contract - Lancashire

The Role:
Our client requires a Principal Highways Engineer to lead elements of design on projects and to assist the senior engineer and technicians with the overall delivery. 
You will act as lead Engineer on a range of Local Authority highway projects through detail design.
 
The Candidate:
You must be a Highways Engineer.
You must be able to act as technical lead, assisting with delivery of projects.
You will have previous experience of Highways Agency/Local authority projects.
You will have knowledge of AutoCAD
You should have an understanding of DMRB and S278
A relevant civil engineering qualification (degree) is preferred.
