The Role:
You will be involved in the day-to-day management of a multi-discipline team of 4-6 Design Engineers.
The role is ‘hands on’ and will involve a heavy design involvement as well as being the ‘Lead Design Engineer’ on the team projects.
You will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and to have obtained design experience in a wide range of sectors, including Health, Education, Commercial and Industrial.
Mechanically biased; you will however need to demonstrate a basic understanding of Electrical & Public Health systems

The Candidate:
You will currently be a Senior / Lead Mechanical Building Services Engineer seeking to become Principal.
You will have at least 10 years Design experience within the Building Services Industry, and will come from a Consultancy background.
You should be qualified to HNC standard as a minimum.
Member of CIBSE and ideally Chartered status.
