Long term Contract for Principal Planning Applications Officer; working for on behalf of a Local Authority in Liverpool

The Role:
Determine all types of planning applications, major and minor schemes.
Preparing reports and recommendations and appeal statements.
Giving evidence to public hearings/inquiries and responding to planning control breaches

The Candidate:
Previous experience in developers Planning Application Management preferred
Good communication skills and customer service
Local Authority experience is beneficial.
