Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side Network Rail in order to recruit a  Principle Procurement / Senior Buyer to work on a 12 month contract London based.
As a Principle Procurement / Senior Buyer your responsibilities and duties will include:
Recognised skills in contractual and commercial matters, with credibility and experience to act as advisor to other staff.
Successful procurement background with practical intermediate level experience.
Practical experience of leading an OJEU Tender project.
Knowledge of relevant contracting terms and responsibilities.
Evidence of well-developed negotiation skills.
Computer literate including ability to utilise in-house and external software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, Bravo).
Evidence of well-developed analytical skills.
Confidence to communicate at Senior Management Level.
Practical experience surrounding the development of procurement strategies.

We are looking for candidates who have a good level of experience leading OJEU projects under the regulations from beginning to end, who have experience in managing/developing a procurement strategy with multi-functional stakeholders.

Candidate:
You must have rail experience.
Full experience of OJEU.
HNC / HND / Degree qualified.
EXCELLENT communication skills.
