Procurement Lead; 3 months+ Contract; Salford; Rate c£500.00/day (Umbrella)
KEY Skills: Facilities Management, Hard FM, Construction, MCIPS  


The Role: 
Procurement Lead required to support the clients Property & Facilities Management team, with expertise in FM services. You will be supporting the team during a major business transformation programme. 

Additional duties may include:
You will Interface with key business stakeholders to help shape and define requirements. 
Identification and agreeing most appropriate procurement routes to market and commercial solution. 
Working with colleagues (sourcing and contract management) to successfully execute supplier engagement and sourcing projects. 
Supporting the implementation and transfer of contracts to estates operational contract managers and to wider business colleagues.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Procurement Professional with experience of working and delivering in procurement for property & FM and understand main forms of contract (e.g. JCT) along with demonstrable experience of dealing at pace.

You will ideally be a qualified MCIPS or have equivalent professional experience 
Successful candidate must have or be able to obtain BPSS - Baseline Personnel Security.
