Programme Manager - WFH / Manchester - Duration 3 months - Rate c£500-£550/day umb

Overview:
Wilde Recruitment are looking to recruit a Programme Manager to work on an initial 3 month contract  with possible extension, WFH / Manchester.
As a Programme Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:
We have a requirement for an interim Programme Manager to assist with the implementation with 'OWOW' our ways of working.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced programme manager and innovative thinker.  The duties/key requirements for the role are:
Experienced Programme Manager to pull together the programme of transformation relating to new ways of working post pandemic.
Drawing together separate HR/OD, ICT and Estates projects into a single programme for the whole workforce.
Supporting the Deputy Director of HROD to develop and embed the future ways of working strategy across the Organisation.
Have experience of working on similar transformation projects (agile working, OD/Estates).
Extensive experience of managing change in a complex organisation.
Experience of implementing new ways of working, providing support to teams to embed new behaviours.
People focused individual, with an understanding of the behaviour change required to embed new ways of working.
Comfortable dealing with multiple projects at different stages of delivery, to make sense of the impact of these on teams and individuals, in order to steer communications and engagement.
Work closely with workstream and communication leads to identify synergies and overcome obstacles.
Comfortable presenting to and challenging senior leadership.
Addresses issues promptly, whilst remaining aligned to the aims of the programme.
Focused on benefits and able to identify and track measures that demonstrate benefits realisation.


Candidate:
You will be an experienced Programme Manager.
5-10 years exp.
HNC / HND / Degree
