The Role:
Our client the MOD is looking to recruit a Programme Manger to work initially for 10 months at Helensburgh on a contract basis.
Your duties may include:
The Project Manager’s purpose is to support the delivery of the Clyde Future Accommodation Project.  This project aims to reduce the predicted demand for Single Living Accommodation (SLA) at HMS NEPTUNE by reducing barriers to the private accommodation market.  The incumbent will lead on research and information management and will work directly with NCHQ, other MOD departments, Service families, the Local Authority, Private and the Third sector.  
To interact with MOD People Support, NCHQ, DIO and other internal authorities as necessary to develop solutions to the Clyde Accommodation issue.
To engage with all External Stakeholders including Local Authority Executive (Argyll & Bute Council and West Dunbartonshire Council), Scottish Government and private sector providers.
To generate and maintain all necessary project documentation, including the Project Management Plan, Risk Register and Benefits Register.

The Candidate:
You should be qualified to at least HNC / HND or Degree level.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
You must have current security Clearance.
