The Role:
The Army Portfolio Office (APfO) requires a Transformation Implementation Support Manager to support change initiatives that have arisen from a major ongoing strategic review.

Duties will involve:
Portfolio dashboard design, building on the MI data scrub and increasing transparency of the Portfolio.  Develop the programme planning tool to aid and simplify governance processes and build P3M maturity across the Army.
Work with the Army Advanced Development Programme (AADP) team to build a portfolio dependency map to support strategic decision making.

The Candidate: 
Must hold at least one formal P3M qualification, i.e. MSP, MoP, PRINCE2, APM, Managing Benefits, MoR; or be a member of a professional body in these areas.
Must have a proven background in portfolio management with evidence of experience and effectiveness in this field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
Ideally have experience working within a transformation implementation programme.
MUST have current SC Clearance
