The Role:
The perfect opportunity for someone to kick-start their project management career in a tightly-regulated industry;
the client, Radioactive Waste Management (RWM) requires a Project Administrator to support project managers on numerous nuclear projects based at their Harwell office, near Didcot.

Duties will involve:
The successful Project Administrator will be required to;
Support Project Managers on approx. 20 projects varying in size from work packages to large projects within the greater programme.
You’ll be responsible for a wealth of reporting and analytics, as well as general reports as required by the project managers.
Additionally, will assist with preparation for month-end reporting, progress reviews and translating information gleaned in to trends for subsequent analysis.

The Candidate:
You will possess;
Strong organisation skills and proven experience of prioritising own workload and attention to detail.
Strong project controls and administration experience, ideally on complex large infrastructure programmes in a regulatory environment.
Experience of using a Management Information system.
Knowledge and experience of working with commercial and project control tools and systems. 
Significant evidence of working with a range of stakeholders and demonstrating effective stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong proficiency in the use general office software.
Proven data analytics capability.
DBS clearance/vetting upon successful application.
