Wilde Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Project Co-ordinator to work for the MOD at Corsham / HOME WORKING on a contract basis for what should be an 11month contract.
As a Project Co-ordinator your responsibilities and duties will include:
Establishing the Project Management approach to PD Professionalisation both as a part of the Service. Delivery and Operations (SDO) Reset group and as the lead body for the theme.
Managing the allocation and recruitment of resources for all work packages.
Capturing, managing and reporting overarching measures of success, risks, costs and other metrics to theme owners and Boards.
Communicating messages on purpose and opportunities for involvement across all staff.
Project Co-ordinator for PD Theme Key Responsibilities-
Responsible for project file management using version control.
Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support to the Theme Lead.
Assist with maintaining the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of project reports and other key project documents / artefacts.
Set-up and provide support for stakeholder analysis (often in the form of workshops), and co-ordinate engagement activities.
Support the development of the stakeholder profile throughout the project, using standard templates and the outcomes from analysis.
Take responsibility for practical arrangements required for the differing communication channels.
Collates feedback from stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
Support the capturing of stakeholder needs and co-ordinates the development of a schedule of requirements.
You will be an experienced Project Co-ordinator
You will be Security Cleared.
You will have 5-10years experience in a similar role.
