Overview:
Wilde Recruitment Ltd are working along side LLWR in order to recruit a Project Coordinator to work on a 12 month contract WFM then in Cumbria CA20.
As a Project Coordinator your responsibilities and duties may include:
Manage personal workload in line with team and business priorities.
Ensure personal impact on customer, supplier, and stakeholder relationships through the contract lifecycle is positive and consistent and supports delivery of obligations to time, quality and cost.
Work to and promote the LLWR standards and expectations.
Deliver contract management activities relating to the assigned business area, whilst ensuring compliance with LLWR policy and strategy.
Strive for continuous improvement in delivering waste management services and the Contract Officer role.
Perform the relevant duties assigned from the contractual ‘Service Manager’ role.
Maintain an awareness of suppliers and services to support the needs of the assigned business area.
Maintain a knowledge base of contract terms and conditions to ensure that contract management can be delivered effectively.
Support data capture and data analysis to identify service trends and improvement plans.
Support delivery of Fee earning opportunities and mechanisms for LLWR to optimise the Fee return from LLWR’s Waste Service activities, where appropriate.
To seek and act upon opportunities to improve the commercial management of the WMS contracts to obtain value for money for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and LLWR’s customers.

The key output responsibilities of the role are:
Administer assigned Frameworks and Contracts in line with relevant Strategies and Plans.
Monitor, report on, and support suitable KPIs and metrics for assigned Customer and Service Provider framework agreements.
Record and analyse performance of the Waste Services supply chain.
Identify and analyse commercial risks within assigned contracts, and where assigned, manage appropriately.
Produce Contract Management Plans, Benefits Realisation Plans and Contract Management Strategies for Supplier contracts as required.
Prepare and implement savings plans for assigned contracts.
Support Tender preparation and Tender Evaluation for new sourcing projects by contributing to Acquisition Strategies, Tender documents, contract drafting, and any other sanctioning documents as required.
Administer Further Competitions within existing Framework Agreements.
Produce “Alcatel” Award and Decline Letters for Further Competitions
Support pricing activities for Waste Services Quotations, Price Confirmation Notices, Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events.
Support appropriate relationships with the Waste Services supply chain. Attend all relevant
Customer Team meetings
Utilise and be proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management Database)
Utilise and be proficient in CTM or relevant Complete Tender Management System to produce Further Competitions and Tenders
Support the Customer team in management of the Waste Services Customer Contracts including any contract amendments.

Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Coordinator.
Worked in the nuclear industry sector.
Qualified CIPS ideally.
