The Role: 
Project Manager of associate director level required for a major organisation restructure to be the largest UK asset management company in the UK. You will be implementing new policies and change management systems within a major infrastructure organisation.

Establishing a robust, auditable PMO structure - Handover of workload to permanent Workstream PMO resource from interim service prodicers - Show progress on development of programme - Support marketing and change tasks underway - Programme delivered in an supported coordinated and structured manner - Programme objectives and timelines met Provide Support to the client strategic and tactical transformation plan Tasking and coordination Programme Management • Secretariat • Governance
