MOD CLIENT - SC CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL


The Role:
As a Project Manager you will be delivering complex defence projects, you will work towards the IGBC submission for scrutiny (September 2016) and further towards the MGBC to be submitted in the summer (May 2017). 
You will finalise and collate the user requirement for Project Jason, including Key User Requirements. 
Develop the Critical Success Factors for the Project and the Evaluation Criteria for potential solutions. 
You will undertake/build upon current concept of analysis work to establish the potential Course of Action for Project Jason. 
To determine the required evidence requirements to support and quantify the outcomes, ensuring the evidence is objective and validated. 
Determine and agree the cost modelling requirements for each COA and their presentation in the Initial Gate and Main Gate submissions, providing logic and assumptions for any discounted options. 
You should be able to present information to various forums including Project Boards, Working Groups, User Groups and Stakeholders. 
Produce an Initial Gate Business Case including broad order costings to demonstrate the capability gap being addressed and the proposed option set for the Main Gate phase, reflecting any discounted options and the associated rationale. 
Produce a Main Gate Business Case including costings to demonstrate the capability gap being addressed and the proposed selected option for Delivery and an outline Delivery plan.

The Project:
The aim of project JASON is to determine a long term sustainable future for the provision of the necessary training and education to support the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Programme. 

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with CURRENT clearance - SC or DV, and having at leat 5-10 years experience within MOD establishments / projects.
