Project Manager - CAA - 6 month Contract £490/day

The Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager that can hit the ground running and is able to quickly understand our business, processes and technical components.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, taking a balanced view of delivery against project specific time, cost and quality requirements.
You will also work closely with technical business leads to define the project's objectives, scope and deliverables and will need to manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project’s sponsor and stakeholders.
You will also be expected to champion professional project management and support the implementation of project management processes and procedures across the business, including coaching and mentoring business colleagues to achieve results.

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with Avaiation experience.
You will have proven experience in managing multi-disciplined teams of up to 20 people in delivering complex projects and or business change and have a project management certification.
Confident in leading and motivating cross-organisational teams, you will have an appreciation of the stakeholders involved and how they may be impacted.
Results focused, you will be skilled in project initiation and delivery.
You will have strong networking and excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate a flexible, adaptable and participative approach and be able to build effective relationships with subject matter experts and business leads.
You will have sound IT skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, and be able to communicate effectively at all levels; ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to varied audiences.
