The Role:
Our client the Cabinet Office is looking to recruit a number of Project Managers on an ad-hoc contract basis initially for 5 months. 
One Public Estate (OPE) is a pioneering initiative developed and delivered in partnership between the Government Property Unit (GPU) and the Local Government Association (LGA). Various locations throughout the UK.
Your duties may include:
Experience of producing briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing complex technical risks and decisions and seeking specialist expertise as necessary. Maintaining up to date property sector knowledge, demonstrating commercial awareness and applying knowledge, experience and skills effectively.
Communicating effectively to stakeholders and diverse audiences on professional matters;

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years experience.
Ideally you will be HND qualified, but its experience that counts!
You will have local authority experience (Advantageous)
You should take a strategic view of how property impacts on the business objectives of the organisation.
Provide professional assurance for working alone as well as part of a team.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
